The majority of Tricia’s working life to date has been in Information Technology (IT) and her interest in complementary therapies has increased over the years. She left her job in IT in 2009 and in 2010 was trained in Thought Field Therapy (TFT) a psychological treatment that can help heal a variety of mental and physical ailments through specialised “tapping” at meridian points on the upper body and hands. Tricia practices TFT mainly with family and friends.
For many years Tricia’s relaxation therapy of choice was Reflexology and in 2015 time felt right for her to study it.
Tricia qualified as a Reflexologist in February 2017 after receiving a diploma in Clinical Reflexology, which is credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University at SCQF level 8 (80 credits). The course is recognised by the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) of which Tricia is a full member and she abides by their strict code of practice (see www.aor.co.uk).
Tricia lives in the West Linton area, in the beautiful Scottish Borders. She is married with 2 daughters and enjoys yoga, spending time with her family and friends, and has a passion for cooking, eating good food and singing with InChorus (a local community choir in Peebles).
